Refund Policy
Agent Jonesy sells digital prepaid credits with instant delivery. No physical goods are provided.
1. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you are charged incorrectly or charged more than once, contact support@agentjonesy.uk. Verified billing errors and duplicate charges are eligible for refund.
2. Consumed Credits
Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
3. Unused Credits
Unused purchased credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception for a verified billing issue.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
